Runcorn UTC - Patient Feedback report March 2023
We visited the Runcorn UTC twice, on 9 January and 13 March 2023, and spoke with 40 patients.

Summary
- Half of the patients had travelled from outside Halton to visit the UTC.
- 40% had travelled from outside Halton to come to the Urgent Treatment Centre
- Waiting times are continuing to increase
- Almost 60% would have gone to A&E if there hadn't been the option of visiting the Urgent Treatment Centre
I have used this service many times in the past and although today's waiting times are long, in the past I have had better experience and shorter waiting times. Staff are always kind and very helpful.
