Runcorn UTC Feedback report - September 2022

Report - 11 October 2022

During June, July and August we visited the Urgent Treatment Centre four times and collected the experiences of 72 patients using the Centre.
  • 52% of patients would have visited A&E if the UTC wasn't available
  • 94% of patients would recommend the service

‘From previous experience, getting a same day appointment from GP is impossible, so my preferred option is to come to urgent care if the issue can't wait.’
