Healthwatch Halton - Annual Report 2023-2024
Our Annual Report for 2023 - 2024 has just been published and highlights our work over the last year and shows how your feedback has helped influence improvements in health and care services locally.
Highlights this year include:
- 1,139 people shared their experiences of health and social care services with us. Click here to tell us about your experiences.
- People engaged with our information, advice and signposting service, online and face to face, 23,003 times for clear information and advice, online or face to face, about topics such as access to primary care, dentistry, mental health support, and the cost of living crisis.
- We published 16 reports about the experiences of people accessing services and the improvements they would like to see to health and social care services introduce. Click here to go to our reports
