- Last year, over 860 people shared their views, ideas and experiences about health and social care with us.
- We also helped over 65,000 people access advice and information online, by phone and face-to-face.
- Our website, social media and e-bulletins were viewed more than 366,000 times
- Thanks to your feedback, we made over 20 recommendations to improve services based on your experiences of care.
Highlights
This this year you told us that you struggled accessing NHS dentistry. We used your experiences to:
- Highlight the issues with the Halton Health & Wellbeing Board which will now have a focus on NHS dental services in the coming year.
