Annual Report 2022-2023

Highlights this year include:

• 1,204 people shared their experiences of health and social care services with us. 
• People engaged with our information, advice and signposting service, online and face to face, 43,701 times for clear information and advice, online or face to face, about topics such as access to primary care, dentistry, mental health support, and the cost of living crisis.
• More than 120 people contacted us for advice and information on NHS dental services.
• We published 13 reports about the experiences of people accessing services and the improvements they would like to see to health and social care services. Our most popular report was our report on Access to NHS Dentistry in Halton.
• We're lucky to have 9 outstanding volunteers who gave up 46 days to help make care better for our community.
