    In an extensive review of people’s access to GP services, Healthwatch England have analysed a range of sources, drawing on almost 200,000 people’s experiences shared between April 2019 and December 2020.

    This report focuses on maternity services and the experiences of women from Halton who have given birth in the past 12 -18 months.

  4. GP Websites Review

    During December 2020 and January 2021, a group of Healthwatch volunteers went online and visited all 14 local GP practice websites.

  6. Covid vaccine attitudes report

    This report is based on the responses of 157 people to an online survey we carried out earlier during February and March this year.
    The survey asked participants their thoughts about getting the Covid-19 vaccine and their thoughts about the information provided about the vaccine.

  8. Specialist Children’s Services

    In July 2020 Healthwatch Halton were approached by NHS Bridgewater Community NHS Trust to look at the possibility of carrying out a further patient engagement project on behalf of the Trust to look at patient satisfaction levels with Children’s Specialist Services from Woodview Child Development Centre.

    This report looks at the experiences of people, from across eight local Healthwatch, including Halton, who were more likely to be digitally excluded than the general population in accessing primary care during the Covid-19 pandemic and its associated restrictions.
