Our year in numbers
- 1532 people shared the health and social care experiences with us
- 2881 people accessed the Healthwatch information and advice online or contacted us with questions about local support
- Our website, social media and e-bulletins were viewed more than 300,000 times
- We published 16 reports about local people’s experiences of services and improvements they would like to see.
- 22 recommendations for improvement have been implemented by services

Annual Report 2019 - 2020
The engagement process Healthwatch undertook in relation to the response of the NHS Long
Term Plan was imperative to helping formulate the One Halton Plan.
