Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust would like to explore what innovation means to you as a patient, carer, service user and member of our community.

The hospitals' Quality Academy, led by the Research & Development team, would like to invite you to complete a survey to hear your thoughts on what innovation means to you and what innovations the Trust should focus on.  

Your feedback will help to continually develop and improve services within the Trust.
 
The closing date for participation is 31st January 2024.
