RESTART dental survey for people with severe mental health conditions

RESTART is a research priority setting exercise.

They are a group of people with severe mental health conditions, their carers, clinicians and other partners.

They want to prioritise 10 ‘unanswered questions’ from a list of 60 about dental care for people with severe mental conditions.

In Stage 1 of the survey, RESTART received responses from nearly 600 individuals and organisations, who identified the list of 60 unanswered questions.

Now, in Stage 2, they are inviting service users, carers, mental health and dental care professionals, academics, funders, charities, foundations and professional bodies to answer a short questionnaire.

This will help to find out what research would improve recovery and health of people with severe mental conditions, and support carers.
