Your opinions on health and care issues matter to us.

One way you can get involved and share your views and experiences is by being a member of our new People’s Feedback Panel.

What is the People’s Feedback Panel?

The Panel is designed to enable us to get feedback on particular topics from a set group of Halton residents on a regular basis. We intend for this group to reflect the diversity of our population, which is why we will ask for some basic information about you such as age, ethnicity, etc. This is so that we can make sure the People’s Panel is as representative as possible.

We encourage anyone with an interest in improving local health and care services to get involved.

What will it involve?

We will send you very short online surveys throughout the year, which you can complete on your computer, tablet or smartphone. So, if you have 5-10 minutes at home, on a coffee break or even on your commute, it’ll be easier than ever to have your say on your local NHS and care services.

Do I have to take part in every survey?

The simple answer is No.

You can get involved as much or as little as you like, you don’t have to respond to every survey, but we’d love it if you can.

As a small incentive to take part, we will also enter every person who completes a survey into a free quarterly draw for a £25 gift voucher.

You may also be invited to get involved in some online events and consultations we may run. Depending on the issue, some topics may require a quick response to make sure that the information we provide can be as relevant as possible to health and care services. It makes a real difference.

What will happen with my feedback?

Every time we run a survey, we will report back to let you know what our Panel has told us, and how that is being fed in to those who provide and commission our local health and care services to improve the future experiences of people.

We want to keep you fully informed on the difference you are making.

Your data will be kept safe and will not be passed on to any third parties without your explicit permission. You can opt out of the Panel at any time.
