We will be supporting the Living Well Bus. Drop by to share your healthcare experiences whilst accessing health services and information in the community. The Living Well bus will be open from 10:30 am-4 pm.
The Living Well bus is a drop-in service and provides routine immunisations, health checks and well being guidance.
The service offers all routine UK immunisations, including MMR and Spring COVID-19, to eligible individuals of all ages.
All activity is recorded and shared with your GP, ensuring ongoing understanding and support for your health is in place.
