Very rude staff on the reception.

I called in the morning trying to sort a repeat prescription and they told me I needed my blood pressure which is fine but I tried to ask about something else and she said and I quote “we like I have just explained I need your blood pressure first” and she was very rude and short with me. I later called once I had my blood pressure and, when I finally got through, again the receptionist was incredibly rude. They made me feel like I was stupid despite asking a reasonable question.
