prescription and they told me I needed my blood pressure which is fine but I tried to ask about something else and she said and I quote “we like I have just explained I need your blood pressure first” and she was very rude and short with me. I later called once I had my blood pressure and, when I finally got through, again the receptionist was incredibly rude. They made me feel like I was stupid despite asking a reasonable question.
Wed. I was worried we would have along wait due to the current Coronavirus situation and how busy GP's must be. However the prescription was approved online quickly and I got it from my online Pharmacy, via Royal mail, just 2 days later. I also asked if I could have some children's antihistamine (that I would usually buy myself but can't get any at this time) added. They did this for me too. Very helpful and quick.
