Right to Respond

Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

  • Keep the language and tone civil
  • Don't mention personal details
  • Make it relevant to the review

Remember, your response will be seen by everyone who reads your organisation's comments, not just the original reviewer. Your reply is a good opportunity to acknowledge any comments received.

Original feedback for

St Helens Hospital

Friendly and caring staff

On booking my appointment I had a choice of times and days to suit me. I attended the clinic yesterday. The Receptionist, Nursing Assistant and Nurse Practitioner were all friendly and welcoming. The nurses introduced themselves to me and apologised for my short wait, which was not a problem. I had time to ask questions and felt like I was listened to. The waiting area was clean and bright. They explained my treatment well and gave me an information leaflet.
