Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service needs your help: Fire Safety in the Home Research
Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service (FRS) wants to further improve how it helps people with their fire safety at home and reduce the risk of fire.
They are keen to speak with people over the age of 65, who live alone in Cheshire, to understand better people’s perception of fire and how the risks of fire in the home can be reduced.
Cheshire FRS have commissioned a company called Greenstreet Berman to assist with this work. As part of the work Cheshire FRS is seeking people willing to be briefly interviewed.
They would like to ask a few questions about how Cheshire FRS can best engage with you and better protect you from fires at home; the interview will take about 10 minutes. Your answers will only be used to help them improve how they communicate with residents across Cheshire and will be completely anonymous.
They do not need to know your name or address. They would like to record this interview, to help Cheshire FRS remember what you say. The recording will be deleted once transcribed.
If you are willing to assist with this work, please contact Sam Opiah (Greenstreet Berman) on 020 3102 2111 or email him at firstname.lastname@example.org Sam will then agree a convenient time to speak with you by phone.
