Our role is to enable people to feedback their views and experiences of the health and social care services they receive and for their input to influence how services are planned and delivered in the future.

Healthwatch Halton is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our staff team as Community Outreach Lead.
If you are awesome at meeting new people and easily able to start up conversations then this may be the role for you. As a Community Outreach Lead, you will use your strong networking and relationship building skills to identify opportunities to get out into the community to gather feedback from the public about their experiences and views on local health and care services.
You will spend a lot of your time out and about speaking to people and working with local groups and organisations. You will work with the Healthwatch Halton team, including volunteers, to develop a vibrant programme of creative activities, events and projects which will provide opportunities for local people to influence the development and shaping of health and care services.
This is an incredible opportunity for a pro-active person to have a direct impact on shaping health and social care in Halton that will improve the lives of local people.
There may be opportunity to increase the hours on a yearly basis dependent on additional funding for project work in line with the post responsibilities.
Salary: £20,000 pro rata per annum
Work Pattern: 18.5 hours per week
